Arrest Made in Waialua Beating, Stabbing Case

HONOLULU (KHNL) -- There's a new development in the beating and stabbing of a man on Oahu's North Shore last week. A woman is under arrest in connection with the case.

Investigators say a dog found the badly-injured man in some bushes off Waialua Beach Road Friday. The dog alerted its owner, who drove the 32-year-old victim to the Waialua Fire Station.

Paramedics took him to the hospital in critical condition. He's said to be doing much better.

Officers arrested 34-year-old Louise Segundo on suspicion of attempted murder Wednesday. We're told police are looking for more suspects.
