KENAI, Alaska (KHNL) - A married couple from Hawaii died in a motor home crash on the Seward Highway south of Moose Pass Tuesday afternoon.
State troopers say the 38-foot motor home veered off the road and hit several trees.
The single-vehicle accident occurred on a straight stretch of road.
Jeffrey and Dawn Klausing, both 41 years old, died in the accident. Four other people traveling with the couple were also injured, one of them critically.
Troopers say none of the people in the motor home were wearing seat belts, including the driver.
