Copper Theft Suspects Wanted

HONOLULU (KHNL) - Crimestoppers and the Honolulu Police are looking for two men wanted for copper theft. 

On June 13, 2007 at about 9:30 am, police received a report of two males loading copper wire into a Kia SUV near the beach are of Koami Loop.  When the officers arrived, the men dropped the wire and took off running into the bushes.

Police found more than 300 pounds of insulated underground copper wire and are trying to identify the owner.
