America's Bachelor Returns Home to Hawaii with Fiancee

By Diane Ako

WAIKIKI (KHNL) - He stole the hearts of women across America. Now Hawaii's own "Bachelor" is finally back home. Lt. Andrew Baldwin introduces the state to his new fiancee, 26 year old Tessa Horst. The half Chinese, half Polish beauty is moving to Hawaii in a few months. They met on the reality TV show The Bachelor.

They talked about putting their love life under a microscope. Horst says, "It's like we have a moment between us, but then it's like everyone who's ever known us is watching too! It's been interesting."

Baldwin, who was continually seen kissing the other contestants, laughs that now, "It's me doing damage control. 'That's the past, Honey! I'm not still kissing other women!' Ha ha ha."

The couple hasn't set a wedding date but say they'd love to have a Hawaiian wedding.
