HONOLULU (KHNL) - An auto thief convicted for his role in a police pursuit that included gunfire and a 12-car pileup learns his punishment.
An Oahu judge sentenced Patrick Masaoka to 26 years in prison Monday. The incident happened on Kalanianaole Highway in Kahala in December 2005.
