NANAKULI (KHNL) - A North Carolina man arrives on Oahu, attends a luau, and then suffers a fatal blow to his head. The Nanakuli man is suspected of punching the visitor. Prosecutors charged him with manslaughter and unauthorized entry of a vehicle.

Police arrested 21-year-old Less Schnabel on suspicion of murder Wednesday. He's accused of punching the 34-year-old victim near his left ear without provocation.

Investigators say it happened at a beach in Nanakuli the night of April 22nd. They say Christopher Reuther of Chapel Hill decided to camp there, but was attacked. He died two days later.
