UH Manoa Clean Up

More than 200 UH students spent the day cleaning up the Manoa campus. They did everything from pulling weeds to picking up trash. This was the second campus clean-up day. It's all part of a plan to beautify the school.

"Makes everyone happier to come to a campus that looks nice and people have a more positive attitude about teaching, learning, coming to work everyday," said David Lasner, a UH staff member.

UH president, Evan Dobelle is asking lawmakers for 357 million dollars in construction money this year for the school.
