DANIA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A medical examiner says more tests will be necessary to determine the cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death.

The former playmate and reality T-V star was found unconscious yesterday in her hotel room by a private nurse. Police say no illegal drugs were found in the room -- just prescription medication.

The doctor who performed the autopsy has excluded any trauma as a cause of death. He says the autopsy revealed only "subtle findings" in the heart and gastrointestinal tract.

He also says minor bruises were on her back from a previous fall. He says Smith had apparently had been sick for several days with some kind of stomach flu.
