KAHALA (KHNL) - Honolulu police say the second victim in Tuesday afternoon's kidnapping case is safe and unharmed.
They say the suspects released the man at about 12:30 Wednesday morning.
Investigators say the silver Lexus used in the alleged kidnapping was found on Harding and 7th Avenue in Kaimuki, but the three suspects are still on the loose.
The suspects allegedly kidnapped the victim, along with another man at gunpoint in Kahala.
Police say it happened on Alakoa street just before 4:30 in the afternoon.
They say three suspects used a nine millimeter handgun to take the men and their car.
One of the victims was dropped off at nearby Kahala mall.
Investigators believe the incident may have stemmed from a drug dispute.
