(KHNL) - Tuesday's a national holiday for most federal workers. President Bush declared it a national day of mourning for President Gerald Ford.
Post offices will be closed, and no mail will be delivered. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard will be closed, and its 5 thousand workers should report back to work on January 3.
The stock market will be closed, though some brokerages may be open for half a day.
The Federal Reserve Bank will be open, so banks will be open.
All state and city offices will be open.
Federal offices connected with national security, defense or essential to public business will stay open.
