(KHNL) - Funeral services are set for the Honolulu police officer who suffered fatal injuries while trying to protect the president.
Solo Bike officer Steve Favela, a husband and father of four, died Sunday. The 30-year-old crashed his police motorcycle while taking part in the Presidential motorcade last week.
Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary on Friday, December 8th. Visitation is scheduled from 9 am to 12 noon, with services to follow.
The funeral procession will then go from Borthwick, past Honolulu Police headquarters, to Mililani Cemetery.
