(KHNL) - It seems cross dressing is the "in" thing for bank robbers on Oahu. On Friday, Honolulu police released surveillance photos from the latest heist.
Investigators say a man dressed as a woman walked into a bank, handed a teller a demand note, and took off with cash.
It all happened at the American Savings on McCully Street Thursday afternoon. Officers searched the area for the robber but couldn't find him.
The suspect is believed to be in his 20s. He's about 6' tall and weighs 160 to 180 lbs. His brown hair was in a ponytail.
