HONOLULU (KHNL) - A landscaper already convicted of breaking into several homes in Mililani faces a lengthy prison term after he takes responsibility for yet another case.

Marlon Galapon pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of attempted burglary. He's already awaiting sentencing for five other break-ins.

Police say the landscaper's crime spree came to an end when homeowner Kenneth Kawano caught him in the act. Kawano testified against Galapon at a preliminary hearing earlier this year.

Prosecutors say the multiple offender could be sentenced to up to 120 years in prison. Sentencing for all six cases is scheduled for January 12th.
