NEW YORK (KLTV) - Broadcast reports say a small aircraft has
crashed into an apartment building in New York City. The building is described as a high-rise on Manhattan's upper East side.

Video from the scene shows at least three apartments in the high rise fully engulfed in flames. There's no word yet on any deaths or injuries. There are conflicting reports on whether the aircraft was a small plane or a helicopter.

Government officials are now saying that the crash does not appear to be terrorist related.
