(KHNL)  Crews are knocking down a hotel on the site of the future Trump International Hotel and Tower.

Nearby, a towering mural of the 38 story luxury condo hotel is in full view at a preview center.

Even "The Donald" greets people interested in buying into his idea of paradise.

The units aren't up for sale yet, but...

"I've never seen a demand this big," said company representative Micah VanDover. "Right now we have not opened up for reservation and people are lining up out of the door."

463 units are available. Studios start at $500,000 to penthouses upwards of 5 million bucks.

And no worries about decorating your unit. They come fully furnished with your choice of either island or contemporary décor.

And the kitchens, top notch and fully loaded.

But developers say it's the personal touches that set this project apart from the rest.

"From the second you pull up to the day that you leave, concierge, maid, 24 hour room service all the amenities provided," said VanDover

Reservations for units starts in September. Then, the units go on sale in November.

The Trump Tower is expected to be complete by 2009.
