(KHNL)  "Lost" actress Cynthia Watros acknowledges she got behind the wheel of her car with a blood-alcohol level of 1.8 - well above Hawaii's legal limit.

"How do you wish to plea?" asked the judge.

"Guilty," replied Watros.

The judge sentenced the first-time offender to 14 hours of alcohol abuse counseling.  She also must pay $312 in fines and court costs.

Watros, 37, had her driver's license suspended for a period of 90 days. But prosecutors say after the first 30 days, she was able to receive a conditional permit that allows her to drive to and from work.

"I'm extremely grateful to the people of Hawaii -- for their continued love and support. Thank you," said Watros as she left the courthouse.

Police also arrested her "Lost" co-star, 27-year-old Michelle Rodriguez, on the same charge that same night.

Rodriguez is scheduled to go to trial March 30th.

"We're not treating Ms. Watros or Ms. Rodriguez any differently than any other member of the public. And we're standing by that. Ms. Watros got the same sentence that any other person - under the same circumstances - would get," said deputy prosecutor Sean Sanada.
