HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A man accused of a deadly beating in Mililani last year has been extradited to Hawaii on Wednesday, nearly four months after his arrest in Arizona.
Shane Dilwith, 25, has been charged with manslaughter.
He's accused of punching a 52-year-old man inside the Jungle Juice Market on Waihau Street on Dec. 8, 2017.
The victim, Thomas Morikawa, fell and hit his head on the floor.
He was taken to a hospital and later died.
The incident was unprovoked, according to investigators.
An Oahu Grand Jury indicted Dilwith with manslaughter back in December.
A warrant went out for his arrest and he was finally captured in Arizona in May.
His bail has been set at $150,000.
