Good beach and outdoor weather for Sunday, as a dry airmass continues to firm up over the islands. Skies will be partly cloudy to mostly clear with only stray isolated showers for windward areas. Trade winds will be locally breezy in some spots before trending down a bit on Monday and Tuesday.
At the beach, a south swell is declining slowly but chest-high sets are still possible Sunday. A choppy trade swell will keep east shore waves in the 2-4 foot range. North and west shores will be flat to two feet. A Small Craft Advisory remains up for the usual windier waters around Maui County and the Big Island through Monday afternoon.
