HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Good news, Bruno Mars fans: Due to "unprecedented" demand, the Grammy Award-winning star has added a third concert in Hawaii.
The show will take place on Thursday, Nov. 8 at Aloha Stadium.
Promoters announced Mars' third and final concert on Tuesday after tickets to his first two shows — Nov. 10 and Nov. 11 — were sold out shortly after they went on sale to the public.
Tickets for the Nov. 8 show will go on sale starting Friday, Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. Hawaii time at Ticketmaster.com. However, unlike his other two shows, sales will be online only and will be restricted to credit cards with Hawaii zip codes for the first 48 hours.
That means there will be no in-person sales at the Aloha Stadium box office.
Promoters say these three shows are record-breaking for the stadium, with no other artist in history booking that many in succession.
Tickets for Mars' other Hawaii shows first went on sale in June and were available at the Aloha Stadium box office. Eager fans lined up days before the box office even opened, creating chaos and a mad dash when gates opened.
