Breezy trade winds will push an area of moisture westward and away from the islands overnight. But there's another line of clouds that will bring more showers for Kauai and likely Oahu Sunday into Monday, while drier conditions will prevail for Maui County and most of the Big Island. Trade winds will remain on the breezy side before backing off just a bit on Monday.
A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect overnight for all Hawaiian waters, but will likely be extended for the usual windier waters around Maui County and the Big Island. A High Surf Advisory will also remain up until 6 a.m. Sunday for east-facing shores.
