HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii's favorite quarterback returned home this weekend to meet his fans with open arms.
Marcus Mariota spent his Saturday making guest appearances at local Walmart stores on Oahu, taking pictures and greeting fans that lined up for a chance to meet the former Heisman Trophy winner.
The Tennessee Titans quarterback will make another appearance tonight at the Walmart on Keeaumoku Street from 6:30-8 p.m.
For those fans who didn't catch him today, don't worry. Mariota will have another meet and greet at the Walmart in Mililani this Monday from 6-7:30 p.m.
A Walmart spokesperson says fans may begin lining up four hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Wristbands will be handed out to those waiting in line in order of arrival, though a wristband does not guarantee a photo opp with Mariota.
The meet and greet appearances are limited in time, and one photo per family will be allowed. Due to the short time frame, organizers are asking that fans refrain from asking for autographs as they will not be allowed.
