HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Ever wanted to meet Hawaii star Marcus Mariota? Here's your chance.
This weekend, Mariota will be meeting fans at four Walmart stores across Oahu.
The hometown hero football quarterback is back home for a short time before heading back to the mainland to train for the upcoming football season.
Appearances are scheduled at the Kapolei, Pearl City, Keeaumoku and Mililani Walmarts.
Mariota's appearance schedule is as follows:
When: 91-600 Farrington Hwy.
Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Pearl City Walmart
1131 Kuala St.
Saturday, June 16 from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
700 Keeaumoku St.
Saturday, June 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
95-550 Lanikuhana Ave.
Monday, June 18 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Mililani appearance is the only appearance scheduled for Monday, June 18.
A Walmart spokesperson says fans may begin lining up four hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Wristbands will be handed out to those waiting in line in order of arrival, though a wristband does not guarantee a photo opp with Mariota.
The meet and greet appearances are limited in time, and one photo per family will be allowed. Due to the short time frame, organizers are asking that fans refrain from asking for autographs as they will not be allowed.
Mariota soared to become a local celebrity as he continues his NFL career with the Tennessee Titans.
Last month, he offered his love to the residents of Kauai and Puna impacted by natural disasters.
