The Rainbow Warrior baseball team dropped their second-straight game to CSUN earlier today, 2-0.
Hawaii (22-17, 8-7 BWC) wasn’t able to overcome a two run deficit to CSUN (19-24, 7-8 BWC) at home as freshman Jeremy Yelland led the Matadors to victory in his first career start.
The series loss leaves the Rainbow Warriors tied for second in the Big West standings with UC Irvine.
Hawaii is back at home again next weekend against Cal Poly in a three-game series.
