HILO, HAWAII (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii Island police have filed sexual assault charges against a 78-year-old man.
The charges stem from an incident in South Kohala that took place on April 25.
According to police, Robert Andrew Estacion was serving an eviction notice at a home in Waimea when he reportedly entered the residence and sexually assaulted a woman who lives there.
Estacion works as a self-employed civil process server, police said.
He was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault and one count of fourth-degree sexual assault for the incident.
He remains in police custody in Hilo in lieu of $20,500 bail pending his initial court appearance scheduled for Monday.
