Rainbow Warriors fall to Cal State Fullerton, 8-0

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Rainbow Warrior baseball team dropped their series finale against Cal State Fullerton earlier today at Goodwin Field in an 8-0 loss.

Hawaii (21-15, 7-5 BWC) couldn't prevent Cal State Fullerton (19-19, 6-3 BWC) and its offense from wreaking havoc on the 'Bows throughout the game.

But despite not scoring any run on the day, the Warriors didn't lack offense. The 'Bows had 11 hits against the Titans, leaving four runners in scoring position.Ethan Lopez and Alex Baeza were both 2-for-3 from the plate for the 'Bows, while Maaki Yamazaki continued his surge on offense going 2-for-4 from the plate.

The Warriors wrap the road swing and return to Les Murakami Stadium for a two-week, six-game homestand, starting with the CSUN Matadors (17-22, 5-7 BWC).
