HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Police Department is investigating multiple school threats on Oahu.
Staff at Pearl City Elementary School and Radford High School sent letters home to parents on Thursday, saying their administrations received phone messages with potential threats to their campuses.
The state Department of Education said multiple schools received threats, but officials did not provide further details.
These are the latest in a string of threats made at schools across the state. Since the school shooting in Parkland, Florida in February, there has been a growing number of threats to local schools.
