MAKIKI (HawaiiNewsNow) - A 52-year-old man was arrested Friday in connection with a bank robbery — shortly after he allegedly hit a second bank.

Mitchum Pastor was arrested for first-degree robbery about 9 a.m. Friday in Kakaako shortly after he allegedly robbed a bank on Halekauwila Street.

Police identified Pastor as the suspect in the robbery of a First Hawaiian Bank on South Beretania Street on Thursday morning.

In that robbery, a man entered the bank, demanded money, then told a teller he had a weapon.

He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled, police said.

An all points bulletin was issued for Pastor, who is known to authorities.
