Honolulu police searching for suspect in Mililani bank robbery

MILILANI, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police are searching for a suspect in connection to a bank robbery in Mililani Thursday afternoon.

Police said at around 2:20 p.m., the suspect went to the Bank of Hawaii on Kipapa Drive and passed a note to a teller demanding cash. The suspect then ran off with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a man between his 30s and 40s, about 5'6" and between 220 to 250 pounds. He has long, dark, kinky hair tied in dreadlocks. He was wearing a dark green long-sleeved shirt with a green t-shirt over it, dark pants and a black baseball cap.
