HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Two men on Oahu have been indicted for allegedly going on a shopping spree using credit card information stolen from an eatery's diners.

Randy Tuley was a server at Choi's Garden restaurant in 2016 when he allegedly used a machine that skimmed customer card information.

Police say he gave that information to Shaun Hart, who is accused of making fake cards and spending almost $50,000 at Sam's Club stores.

Hart is already in a halfway house, awaiting trial for federal drug charges.
