HPD: Suspect on the loose after apparent Easter Sunday stabbing in Honolulu

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Honolulu police are investigating an apparent stabbing in Honolulu this Easter Sunday. 

The call came in around 6:30 p.m. and police responded to Thomas Square. 

EMS officials confirm a 27-year-old man was transported to a hospital in serious condition. He suffered stab wounds to parts of his upper body.

The suspect allegedly fled the scene before police arrived and remains on the loose.

HPD is investigating. Police have not yet released details of the suspect.
