HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A convicted con man who spent 13-years in prison will be locked up for a little while longer.
Royal Lamarr Hardy was sentenced Friday for violating the terms of his supervised release.
A judge ordered him to spend 15 more months behind bars.
Hardy, 62, was convicted of tax fraud for advising thousands of clients to avoid paying millions in federal taxes.
He still under investigation by the state for operating an alleged illegal mortgage rescue scheme since his release last year.
