Honolulu native wins WBO Flyweight Asia-Pacific Regional boxing title

MANILA, PHILIPPINES - Hawaii-native Casey Morton is making waves on the professional boxing circuit after winning the WBO Flyweight Asia-Pacific Regional title in a decision victory over Nongmuay Kokietgym in Manila, Philippines.

Now 7-0-3 in her career, Morton, 34, will look to continue her recent success training out of San Carlos, California.

The 112-pound title holder last fought six months ago when she picked up her first pro knockout with a TKO over Daorueng Pakkhetanang last November.
