Tony-nominated Loretta Ables Sayre to celebrate 60th birthday at Blue Note Hawaii

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Tony-nominated Broadway actress Loretta Ables Sayre will celebrate her 60th birthday at Blue Note Hawaii in Waikiki on April 1 [her actual birthday] with shows at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Ables Sayre's performances will feature jazz standard selections from the Great American Songbook. Joining Loretta will be Hawaii-based musicians Jim Howard on piano, Dean Taba on bass and Darryl Pellegrini on drums. In addition, she will be joined by special guest artist Robert Cazimero.

"I'm looking forward to returning to the Blue Note Hawaii to celebrate my 60th birthday, but I'm especially thrilled to have my good friend Robert Cazimero joining me and showcasing Robert's beautiful voice singing some classic jazz standards," said Loretta Ables Sayre. "We're also going to be celebrating Robert's birthday, which is on March 20. So that makes it even more of a reason to come and celebrate with us."

Tickets for both April 1 shows are available at and range in cost from $15 to $35. Parking is validated at the OHANA East Hotel for $6 for four hours, and at the Outrigger Waikiki for $15 for four hours valet.
