HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police are searching for a man who allegedly swiped several handbags from a store at Ala Moana Shopping Center.
On March 2, police say the man walked up to a display at the Balenciaga store, stuffed three handbags in his jacket, and tried to leave.
A store employee caught him, but the bandit fought off the employee and escaped with the stolen merchandise.
The suspect was described by police as an Asian man between his 20s and 30s with short hair, medium build and dark eyes.
Police are still currently looking for the suspect and are asking for public help in finding the suspect.
