After a slow start, the Rainbow Warrior baseball team rallied from a 5-1 deficit to defeat Seton Hall 8-6 thanks to a Johnny Weeks walk-of in the ninth at Les Murakami Stadium.
Hawaii (13-8) was able to snap its two-game losing streak to the Pirates on Sunday, improving to 13-8 on the season as Weeks led the way with a 3-for-5 at the plate, including three RBIs and two runs.
Logan Pouelsen was 2-for-4 with two RBIs and while Maaki Yamazaki scored four times on 2-for-3 batting.
Jeremy Yelland earned his first collegiate win with his second appearance of the series in relief for freshman standout Cade Smith.
The Warriors and Pirates wrap things up on Monday night at Les Murakami Stadium. First pitch set for 6:35 p.m. HT.
