Forecast: Get ready for another round of wet weather

Flash Flood Watch is now in effect statewide as the threat of heavy rain and thunderstorms increases for Sunday and the Presidents Day holiday. A surface trough over Maui will combine with a potent upper level disturbance that will drop in from the northwest and bring moist and unstable conditions. Be prepared for the possibility of flash flooding through Monday.

There's also a Winter Weather Advisory through Monday afternoon for the summits of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island.
