HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Rainbow Warrior football team appears to have another coaching vacancy.
Mayur Chaudhari, the team's special teams coach the past two seasons, is leaving the Hawaii football team to accept a position with the NFL's Atlanta Falcons. The move was first reported by the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
The Warriors hired Chaudhari in February 2016.
Three other assistants have left Hawaii this offseason to pursue other opportunities. Former wide receivers coach Kefense Hynson and defensive coordinator Legi Suiaunoa accepted positions at Oregon State this December; former linebackers coach Sean Duggan accepted a job at UMass after his contract was not renewed following the 2017 season.
