Wet weather continues. Showers, heavy showers, and thunderstorms are possible today.

In the last 24 hours there have been flood-related advisories for Kauai, Maui County, and most recently Oahu.

Even the Island of Hawaii could finally see some rainfall. The Kailua-Kona side of that island has been really dry this winter and would welcome the showers.

The unsettled weather will likely continue for at least another two days. Some improvement is possible the second half of the week.

Today, stay alert and stay safe. We will bring you the very latest on-air, online, and on the Weather Now app.

High today in Honolulu will be 79 degrees.

Winds will be southerly at 10-15 mph.

Humidity will be high and the volcanic haze will continue to be an issue for those with respiratory conditions. Stay in the A/C as much as you can and drink plenty of water.

Surf has dropped below advisory-levels along north and west shores. Next northwest swell will arrive late Thursday.

Waves today will be 10-14 feet north, 6-10 feet west, 1-3 feet east and south.

Flood Advisory for Oahu until 9:45 a.m. Drivers should expect times of low visibility and ponding on roadways. Drive with caution.

Flash Flood Watch through this afternoon for Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, and Maui.
