California Pizza Kitchen is known for innovation, and they have invented some pretty unique and delicious pizzas over the years. Continuing with that tradition, CPK is proud to introduce their newest innovation – Cauliflower Pizza Crust. They are the first national restaurant to offer it on their menu.
CPK’s new Cauliflower Pizza Crust is delicious and on trend. It is lower in carbs than classic pizza dough, made with gluten-free ingredients, and a delicious way to eat your veggies! Along with the new crust, CPK is also introducing their seasonal menu, which includes a Citrus Adobo Pizza, Banh Mi and Santa Fe Power Bowls, their new Mexican Street Corn, Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower and more.
The Citrus Adobo Pizza was created by CPK’s 2017 Pizza Chef of the Year – Abi Morales. Each year CPK holds a highly competitive contest to find the best pizza chef in the country. Citrus Adobo Pizza features slow-cooked pork carnitas tossed in our housemade ancho chili adobo sauce with sweet white corn, roasted peppers, quesadilla & Monterey Jack cheeses, fresh cilantro & lime, served with a side of spicy chili de arbol salsa.
