MAUNA KEA, HAWAII (HawaiiNewsNow) - It's a winter wonderland once again on Big Island summits.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Monday.
Forecasters say there will be occasional snow showers and icy road conditions throughout the day.
Total snowfall accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.
At around 7 p.m. Sunday, officials said the road to the summit of Mauna Kea was closed to the public.
A combination of storm systems over the state back in December also resulted in up to 5 feet of snow on Big Island summits for several days.
