It will still be breezy across the state today, but the Wind Advisory has been dropped for almost all neighborhoods.

The Kohala area on the Island of Hawaii is still seeing dangerously strong winds of 25-40 mph with gusts greater than 50 mph. The High Wind Warning there has been downgraded to a Wind Advisory.

For most of us, winds will be out of the east at 15-25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Windward and mauka neighborhoods will be mostly cloudy with frequent passing showers. Leeward skies will be partly to mostly sunny with an occasional bit of rain spilling over.

High in Honolulu will be 82 degrees.

Surf is still dangerously large along east shores with waves out in the county continuing to drop.

Surf today will be 7-10 feet east, 4-6 feet north, 3-5 feet west, 2 feet or less south.

Wind Advisory for the Kohala area on the Island of Hawaii.

High Surf Advisory for east shores.

Small Craft Advisory for most Hawaii waters.
