Weapon taken from Honolulu carry-on among 'most unusual' TSA finds in 2017

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - It's incredible what people will try to bring onto airplanes.

Just ask TSA agents, who confiscated a host of weapons from carry-on and checked baggage in 2017.

The TSA even came up with a list of the 10 most "unusual checkpoint finds" across the United States last year.

And something taken from a carry-on bag at Honolulu's airport made the list.

It's a scary brass knuckles and knife combo with a skeleton to top off the ensemble.

The TSA dubbed the find "Satan's pizza cutter."

Some other weird things stopped at airport security checkpoints: Narcotics wrapped in Christmas paper, grenade art and a rifle umbrella.
