HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A home on Oahu that sold for $10 million is on the market again less than four years later – with a much heavier asking price.
The Hawaii Loa Ridge property, located at 1133 Ikena Circle, is dubbed Hi'ilani, or "In the Arms of Heaven." It's the former home of television producer Al Masini, who won 33 Emmy Awards for shows like "Entertainment Tonight" and "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous."
Built in 1996, the 30,000-square-foot property is up for grabs on the open market – for a cool $35,000,000.

What does a pricetag like that get a potential buyer? Versailles-inspired doors that are 11-feet-tall, an Austrian chandelier made of crystal, and hand-embroidered French drapes – along with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The home also features an office, theater room, and a pool that comes complete with a waterfall.
