Vet on Set: Summer heat and how if affects our pets

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Recently, warmer weather temperatures have been hitting record highs.  As the summer progresses, we can only expect them to get higher.

Prolonged exposure to the heat can not only result in heatstroke, exhaustion and sunburn in humans, but can affect our pets as well.  They can also be prone to other summertime hazards.
