Police on Big Island seek quartet in string of crimes

Police authorities on the Big Island say they are looking for four more people in connection with the theft of a Hawaii County vehicle last weekend.

Jeremy Rafael, Jr., Keanu Krause, Tiani Kapeli-Spencer and Jasmine Saragosa-Taoy are alleged to have been involved in a string of violent crimes, including a pair of hit-and-run crashes and a shooting.

Authorities have already arrested and charged a fifth person, Eric Wilson, Jr., in connection with the crimes. He remains in police custody on $16,000 bail, but the other four suspects remain on the run.

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous by police. Anyone with information is advised to call Crimestoppers on Hawaii Island by dialing 961-8300.
