Breezy trade winds, clouds and showers for your Monday, but not a lot of sunshine.

A band of clouds and showers from what used to be an active cold front is sagging south over the state.

Oahu, Maui County and the Big Island are seeing most of the moisture. Kauai is not quite as cloudy or wet.

There may be a bit of sunshine over leeward neighborhoods at times today.

High in Honolulu today will be a cool 81 degrees.

Surf is slightly elevated today and will be even bigger tomorrow. High end advisory-sized waves, perhaps low-end warning size, are expected out in the country Thursday. A long-period south swell should roll in Wednesday through Friday.

Today's waves will be 3-6 feet north, 2-4 feet east, west, and south.

Small Craft Advisory for most Hawaii waters.
