A 13-year-old boy was hospitalized Sunday evening after a 30-foot fall on a popular hiking trail in Manoa.
Around 4 o'clock, while hiking with his father, the boy plummeted down to the rocks at the base of the first waterfall.
Fire officials rushed to the scene to find the boy being tended to by bystanders near the wading pool.The teen was airlifted off the trail to Manoa Valley District Park where he was transferred to EMS.The boy's condition is unknown at this time.
