The disturbance responsible for all the rain the past couple of days will be weakening and moving east, allowing more stable conditions to take over for the weekend.
Light tradewinds are forecast Saturday with a few afternoon showers, while stronger tradewinds are due back on Sunday with scattered windward showers and lots of leeward sunshine.
Surf is elevated both town and country. The moderate swells out of the NW and the South will continue through much of the weekend. A warning sized swell is looking possible for north and west shores the middle of next week.
Waves Saturday will be 8-10 feet north, 4-7 feet west, 3-5 feet south, 1-3 feet east.
No other marine or weather advisories, watches, or warnings are posted.
