A longtime Pearlridge tenant is set to close at the end of April after 40 years in business.
On its Facebook page, Fun Factory said Tuesday its landlord, Glimcher Realty Trust, chose not to renew its lease.
Pearlridge Center is set to undergo a $33 million renovation project that will not only include a significant remodel of the mall, but also several new tenants.
Renovations are scheduled to be completed in phases throughout the year with full upgrades completed in 2018.
Fun Factory’s locations at Windward Mall, Kamehameha Shopping Center, Town Center of Mililani, The Kapolei Marketplace and Kahala Mall will remain open.
“We love each and every one of you who made Fun Factory here a success,” the Facebook post read.
