Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down two men who stole a high-end backpack from Bloomingdale's last month.
The theft happened March 18, and police said one of the suspects used wire cutters to cut metal security wire from the backpack while a second suspect acted as a lookout.
Store security stopped the two men, and one of the men threatened a guard with the wire cutters.
Both suspects fled on foot.
The first suspect is described as being in his 30s, bald, with brown eyes and an average build. He is about 5-foot-8.
The second man is in his 20s, and has short black hair and a goatee. He's about 5-foot-6.
Anyone with information on the two is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on your smart phone.
